近年来,不断深化我国水利水电建设项目的过程,并对经济和社会的发展做出了巨大的贡献。在水利水电建设项目管理,合同管理是一个非常重要的环节,有效的合同管理,确保建设项目的顺利进行,而且效率低下将阻碍完成建设项目合同管理、影响社会和经济效益。在此基础上,本文针对当前突出问题在水利水电建设项目合同管理,根据分析的原因提出了相应的解决方案和建议,以供有关人士参考。
In recent years, the process of continuously deepening China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction projects has made tremendous contributions to the economic and social development. In water conservancy and hydropower construction project management, contract management is a very important part of effective contract management to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects, and inefficient will hinder the completion of construction project contract management, affecting social and economic benefits. On this basis, this article aims at the current outstanding problems in the contract management of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects, according to the analysis of the reasons for the corresponding solutions and suggestions for the reference of the relevant parties.
