目的:探讨痔疮术后的有效止血方式.方法:将120例痔疮手术患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组术后采用常规凡士林纱布填塞,试验组采用明胶海绵加凡士林纱填塞布.24h后观察两组患者拔出填塞物后伤口渗血情况和术后一周内换药次数.结果:试验组伤口渗血程度和换药次数明显少于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05).结论:痔疮术后采用明胶海绵加凡士林纱填塞布比常规单纯凡士林纱布填塞出血量少,且1周内换药次数也减少.“,”Objective: To explore the effective methods of hemostasis after hemorrhoids operation. Methods: 120 cases of hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group, the control group using conventional Vaseline gauze tamponade after operation, the test group using gelatin sponge plus Vaseline filed seb. 24h was observed after two groups of patients out of stuffing after wound bleeding and postoperative week frequency of dressing changes, results: the test group of wound oozing, degree and frequency of dressing changes were less than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: after hemorrhoidectomy with gelatin sponge and vaseline gauze packing cloth than conventional pure Vaseline gauze packing less bleeding, and the frequency of dressing changes also decreased within 1 weeks.
