“咸阳宫”战国青铜鼎 4月10日,流失海外逾百年的“咸阳宫”战国青铜鼎回到了祖国。它是由法国人高美斯先生发起创建的欧洲保护中华艺术协会无偿捐赠的。专家从青铜鼎上的铭文推断,该鼎为战国时期韩国所铸,秦始皇统一六国后收入咸阳宫,汉灭秦后又收藏于汉宫。清末出土后,便辗转流失到海外。对中国文物有很深造诣的高美斯发现了它后,便以协会的名义买下来,并毫不犹豫地送回中国,并捐赠给陕西省秦始皇兵马俑博物馆。笔者在北京采访了高美斯时,他特别强调,此次捐赠,除了物归原主的意图外,还希望能在中国树立起一个文物回流的典范,促进文物回流机制的完善。

When I interviewed Gaomeisi in Beijing, he emphasized in particular that in addition to the original intention of the original owner, the donation also hoped to establish a model for the return of cultural relics in China and improve the mechanism for the return of cultural relics.
