Seize the four key points, so that workers have a guarantee of survival. One is to grasp the development and raise the level of employees' income; the other is to grasp the management and improve the efficiency of enterprises; the third is to grasp the labor contract and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees; the fourth is to grasping and helping to provide assistance to those in need.
