教育是国家立国之本,是提升国民素养的重要手段。因此,随着改革开放的日渐加深,教育改革首当其冲的成为各界人士关注的焦点,对此,教育学界经过多年研究,为摆脱应试教育残影,推动素质教育发展筹划了诸多策略。其中“人本教育”思想的发觉与应用对素质教育开展而言,可谓如虎添翼,于人本思想,民主发展而言意义重大。故此,本文立足于“人本教育”指导下的小学数学教学发展,借由探讨“人本教育”思想于小学数学教育中推行的必然性与可行性为契机,系统的构建小学数学应用“人本教育”思想的科学策略,望借此推动小学数学教学,乃至小学教育的整体发展,以便其更好的落实素质教育思想,推动国民素质养成。
Education is the foundation of establishing a nation and an important means of improving the quality of the nation. Therefore, with the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, education reform has become the focus of public attention with the brunt of the reforms. After years of research, the educational sector has planned many strategies to get rid of the shadow of exam-oriented education and promote the development of quality-oriented education. Among them, the discovery and application of the thought of “humanistic education” can be described as more powerful and more significant for the development of quality-oriented education. It is of great significance in the development of humanistic thinking and democratic development. Therefore, based on the development of elementary mathematics teaching under the guidance of “humanistic education ”, this article attempts to probe into the necessity and feasibility of the thought of “humanistic education” in elementary mathematics education as a turning point, By applying the scientific strategy of “humanistic education”, we hope to promote the overall development of primary school mathematics teaching and even primary education in order to better implement the ideology of quality education and promote the development of the national quality.
