本文通过观察不同剂量黄芪配伍的玉屏风散对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和红细胞免疫功能的影响，分析黄芪在玉屏风散中的量效关系及其重要意义。结果显示：黄芪以传统常规剂量配伍的玉屏风散，免疫调节作用最强；减少黄芪剂量，组方作用降低；增加黄芪剂量，并不增强免疫功能。表明古方玉屏风散配伍剂量的合理性，并为临床选择新的免疫调理剂提供实验依据。
In this paper, we observed the effects of different doses of Huangqi compatibility on the immune function of mouse peritoneal macrophages and red blood cells, and analyzed the dose-effect relationship of Huangqi in Yupingfeng Powder and its significance. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine dosage of Yuhuangfengsan combined with traditional dosage of Huangqi was the most effective in immune regulation; the dosage of Huangqi was reduced, and the effect of the prescription was reduced; increasing the dose of Huangqi did not enhance the immune function. Shows the rationality of Gu Fang Yu Ping Feng San compatibility dose, and provides experimental basis for clinical selection of new immune conditioners.
