目的探讨大黄的抗衰老效果和作用机理.方法3月龄昆明种健康雄性小鼠40只,随机分为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、对照组,观察不同浓度的大黄水煎液对小鼠血中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的影响.结果大黄可增强小鼠血中SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05~0.01),使LPO含量降低(P<0.05~0.01),其中尤以中、高剂量给药组作;用明显(P<0.01).结论大黄可能具有延缓衰老的作用.中图分类号R28).J
Objective To explore the anti-aging effects and mechanism of rhubarb. Methods Forty healthy male mice of three months old Kunming were randomly divided into low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group, and control group. The concentrations of rhubarb decoction in mice blood were measured for catalase (CAT). ), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) content. Results Rhubarb could increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the blood of the mice (P<0.05-0.01) and reduce the content of LPO (P<0.05-0.01), especially in the medium and high doses.
