本文在阐明高校体育文化和终身体育意识内涵的基础上,分析了高校体育文化的结构以及其与终身体育意识的关系,结合学生终身体育意识的培养办法进行研究,得出了高校体育文化对学生终身体育意识的培养起着至关重要作用的观点。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of college sports culture and lifelong sports awareness, this paper analyzes the structure of college sports culture and its relationship with lifelong sports awareness, and studies the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness of college students.
