目的探讨3种不同体位吸痰对高龄患者心脏术后氧合指数及SPO2恢复时间的影响。方法心脏手体外循环术后患者66例,年龄54～72岁,平均年龄（58±3.4）岁,心脏手术后实行机械通气,去平卧位、30～45°、60～90°3种体位进行吸痰。吸痰前后均以一定的吸入氧浓度（FIO2）,测定吸痰前后动脉血氧分压,同时记录吸痰后SPO2至吸痰前水平所需时间。结果 30～45°时吸痰后氧合指数最高,而SPO2恢复时间最短。结论对高龄患者心脏术后进行呼吸机治疗时,取30～45
