目的 探讨在甲状腺手术中采用颈丛神经阻滞与颈部硬膜外麻醉不同麻醉方法临床效果。方法 将60例甲状腺患者随机分为2组,即颈丛阻滞麻醉和颈部硬膜外麻醉2组。颈丛阻滞麻醉采用双颈浅加单侧颈深[三点法]阻滞;颈部硬膜外麻醉选择C4～5硬膜外进行穿刺麻醉。并对2组患者麻醉前、切皮、分甲状腺上极及手术完成4个阶段的血压、心率、呼吸及SPO2的变化,以及麻醉效果进行观察并比较麻醉引起术中声嘶的情况。结果 颈部硬膜外麻醉组仅收缩压与麻醉前相比有差异（P〈0.05）,颈丛神经阻滞麻醉组舒张压,收缩压与麻醉前比较,存在
