目的:探讨提高中药剂量合理性,确保临床用药安全的重要性和措施。方法:选取我院自2011年3月-2012年3月门诊以及出院含中药饮片处方204张为研究对象,分析用药剂量的合理性。结果:各科室正确使用处方为152张,超量用药处方为52张,所有患者均未因超量用药而产生并发症或加重原有病情者。结论:应正确认识中药剂量可能造成的不良反应及原因,确保中药的合理应用,增强临床用药的安全性。
Objective: To explore the importance of improving the rationality of Chinese medicine and ensuring the safety of clinical medication. Methods: From March 2011 to March 2012 in our hospital and out of the hospital with 204 prescriptions of Chinese Herbal Medicine as the research object, the rationality of the dosage was analyzed. Results: Correct use of prescriptions for each department 152, 52 prescriptions for overdose, all patients had no complications due to overdose of medication or aggravate the original condition. Conclusion: It is necessary to correctly understand the possible adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine and its causes, to ensure the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine and to enhance the safety of clinical medication.
