小学阶段的数学学习对培养学生的数学学习兴趣和数学能力的建立都发挥着重要作用,在这个时期的数学教师的教学设计能力与学生数学知识的积累和数学能力的建立提升无疑有着密切的联系。因此,对现阶段小学数学教师的教学设计能力及其构成进行研究,并找出提高教学设计能力的方法对整个小学阶段的数学学习有着积极的意义。本文旨在陈述教学设计能力的概念和构成,分析当前小学数学教师教学设计能力存在的不足并提出相关的解决途径。
The mathematics learning in primary school plays an important role in cultivating students ’interest in mathematics learning and in the establishment of mathematics ability. The teaching design ability of mathematics teachers during this period is undoubtedly closely linked with the accumulation of students’ mathematical knowledge and the establishment of mathematical ability . Therefore, it is of great significance to research the teaching design ability and its composition of primary school mathematics teachers and to find out ways to improve their teaching design ability for the whole primary school mathematics learning. The purpose of this paper is to state the concept and composition of instructional design ability, to analyze the shortcomings of the current primary school mathematics teaching ability, and to put forward the corresponding solutions.
