1994年是我国进入经济体制改革非常关键的一年,四大经济体制改革措施的出台,使全国面临着一系列新情况,新形势,也给我们培训工作带来了新的课题、新的任务,特别是全国教育工作会议以及李岚清副总理对成人教育工作的一系列讲话,都给成教工作以极大鼓舞和鞭策。 适应改革开放新形势,我院在成教工作中,始终坚持重质量,讲实效的原则,努力提高办学水平和办学效益,取得了可喜的成绩。
The year 1994 was a crucial year for our country’s entry into the economic structural reform. The promulgation of the measures for the reform of the four major economic systems has given the whole nation a series of new situations and new situations. It has also brought new tasks and new tasks for our training. In particular, the series of speeches delivered by the National Education Working Conference and Vice Premier Li Lanqing on the work of adult education have greatly encouraged and motivated the formation of the adult education. In order to adapt to the new situation of reform and opening up, our college has consistently adhered to the principle of emphasizing quality and stressing practical results and has made gratifying achievements in efforts to improve the standard of running schools and schools.
