概述了我国十多年来矿物及炉渣中钒、钛的物相分析。用扫描电子显微镜和场离子显微分析查明炉渣中有Ti_4CS_2和Fe·V_2O_3、(V、Ti)C_2等新的化学物相。钒、钛的化学物相分析研究结果表明,可以定量测定炉渣和矿物中V(金属)、VC、VN、FeO·V_2O_3、TiC、TiN、TiO与Ti_2O_3化合物相和钒渣中各价态VO、V_2O_3、VO_2化合物的量及钒钛磁铁矿(Fe_3O_4·T(?)O_2)、铁铁矿(FeO·TiO_2)和金红石(a-TiO_2)的量。
This paper summarizes the phase analysis of vanadium and titanium in minerals and slag in our country for more than ten years. Scanning electron microscopy and field ion microscopy were used to determine the presence of Ti_4CS_2, Fe_V_2O_3, (V, Ti) C_2 and other new chemical phases in the slag. The results of chemical phase analysis of vanadium and titanium show that the valences of V (metal), VC, VN, FeO · V_2O_3, TiC, TiN, TiO and Ti_2O_3 and vanadium slag in slag and mineral can be quantitatively determined.
