本文从应力分析的角度来探讨模具的早期损坏原因。分析对象选定早期损坏现象比较严重的7909轴承内环封闭式冲模。通过电阻应变实物测量,光弹模型试验及有限元法的计算等三种分析手段的互相结合,发现冲模在挤压工件时,冲模颈部出现拉应力的应力集中区,它是引起冲模头部脱落的根本原因。针对这种情况,提出了消除颈部径向拉应力的组合模具方案,经生产实践初步验证,组合模具有明显的效果。
