为了解新生儿低钠综合征的病因,找出防治方法,本文就我院1988年至1995年7年间收治新生儿低钠综合征60例报道如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组均为出生7天内的新生儿。60例中男32例,女28例。早产儿17例,足月儿36例,过期产儿7例,低体重儿19例(<1500g6例,～2499g13例)～3999g40例,≥4000g1例。一分钟内APger评分0—3分21例,4—7分12例,8—10分27例。平产27例,剖宫产16例,臀牵引9例,吸引器助产8例。原发病中颅

There were 32 males and 28 females in 60 cases. 17 premature children, 36 full-term children, 7 children with obesity, 19 children with low birth weight (<1500g6 cases, ~ 2499g13 cases) ~ 3999g40 cases, ≥4000g1 cases. In one minute, APger scored 0-3 points in 21 cases, 4-7 points in 12 cases and 8-10 points in 27 cases. 27 cases were flat, 16 cases were cesarean, 9 cases were hip traction and 8 cases were aspirator midwifery.
