近年来,我们对33例咯血时间较长,经各种检查原因不明,传统使用的各种止血剂治疗效果欠佳的患者,通过纤维支气管镜(下简称纤支镜)在出血部位滴注肾上腺素止血,效果较满意,现介绍如下。一、病例选择:本组33例均具备以下条件:①咯血半月以上,24小时内咯血总量<100ml,②内科综合治疗和应用各种止血剂治疗效果不佳;③X线胸片无异常或仅见肺纹理增加;④痰抗酸杆菌、痰癌细胞均阴性;⑤排除心脏器质性病变。
