本文介绍应用颞肌筋膜瓣整复颌面部恶性肿瘤切除后的组织缺损。通过６例患者的手术治疗和观察，证明以颞肌筋膜瓣整复腭咽侧，颊，口底部位的组织缺损，效果良好。作者认为，整复腭部组织缺损时，保留软腭后缘及悬雍垂的完整性，术后患者语音良好；涉及舌根部的腭，咽侧，磨牙后区组织缺损，要求组织瓣宽松，避免因舌运动而致伤口裂开；切除颊部病变组织，要求基底部平坦一致。作者还阐述了颞肌筋膜瓣的血供情况及其灵活多用的特征，为临床应用提供了初步经验。
This article describes the use of temporal fascia flap resection of maxillofacial malignant tumor resected tissue defects. Through the operation and observation of 6 patients, it was proved that the temporal defect of the palatopharyngeal, buccal and oral floor was reconstructed with the temporal fascia flap and the effect was good.
