188例风湿性心脏瓣膜病的治疗体会

我院自1971年10月至1981年10月十年中共收治风湿性心瓣膜病188例,占同期全院总住院病人的0.28％;占内科住院病人的0.95％。188例中发生心衰的162例(占86.17％);死亡14例,病死率为7.4％。

188 cases of rheumatic valvular heart disease were admitted to our hospital from October 1971 to October 1981, accounting for 0.28% of the total hospitalized patients in the same period and accounting for 0.95% of the inpatients in internal medicine. Of 188 cases, 162 cases (86.17%) had heart failure; 14 died, with a mortality rate of 7.4%.
