本期下沙板块无新开盘,成交量为333套,环比上期的414套下跌约19.57%。从具体成交楼盘看,观澜时代以112套的成绩居该板块成交量之首。此外,保利·东湾、朗诗国际街区、四季风景、伊萨卡国际城成交量环比上期均出现了明显的下跌。价格方面,除多蓝水岸(听涛苑)和世茂·江滨花园环比上期略有上涨外,其余楼盘均无明显变动。8月底9月初,随着金隅·观澜时代、世茂·江滨花园等楼盘的开盘,该区下期的成交量估计会有较大浮动。
