近年来,人们对氯丁胶(CR)类胶粘剂的制备,改性做了大量的工作,接枝共聚方法对改善氯丁胶粘剂的性能,粘接强度起了很大的作用。但是,从亚微观的角度,对胶液本身的性能及为什么能产生这种结果的讨论尚少。本文主要从胶粘剂的相态组成,相间的联系等方面解释接技胶内聚力较大的原因,并利用透射电镜观察橡胶类材料的亚微观相态结构。
In recent years, a great deal of work has been done on the preparation and modification of neoprene (CR) adhesives. The graft copolymerization method plays a very important role in improving the performance and bonding strength of neoprene adhesives. However, from a submicroscopic perspective, there is little discussion of the properties of the glue itself and why it can produce such results. In this paper, we mainly explain the reason why the cohesive force of the adhesive is larger from the phase composition of the adhesive and the relationship between the phases, and observe the submicroscopic phase structure of the rubber material by using the transmission electron microscope.
