对分娩后一周内的乳汁标本分别进行了细胞成份、淋巴细胞~3H-TdR 掺入后值及巨噬细胞(M_φ)吞噬功能的检测,结果表明乳汁中细胞总数嗜中性粒细胞、M_φ及淋巴细胞浓度均以第一天最高,随后逐渐下降。淋巴细胞转化结果与产后泌乳时间没有明显关系,但与乳汁中淋巴细胞百分比高低有关。M_φ吞噬活性检测表明,50%以上的 M_φ均具有吞噬潘性,而 M_φ浓度又以第一天最高,因而吞噬功能以产后第一天最强。因此进一步说明产后早期哺乳可使婴儿获得高浓度的免疫活性细胞成份,对增强婴儿的免疫能力具有重要的现实意义,
The contents of cells, lymphocyte 3H-TdR incorporation and phagocytosis of macrophage (M_φ) were detected in the milk samples within one week after delivery. The results showed that the total number of neutrophils, M_φ and Lymphocyte concentrations were highest on the first day, then gradually decreased. Lymphocyte transformation results and postpartum lactation time is not significantly related, but with the percentage of lymphocytes in milk related. M_φ phagocytosis activity test showed that more than 50% of M_φ phagocytosis, and M_φ concentration again the highest on the first day, so phagocytosis postpartum the first day of the strongest. So further that early postpartum lactation can make babies get high concentrations of immunocompetent cells, to enhance the immune capacity of infants has important practical significance,
