本文对7×35cm~2多灯丝中性源的供电系统作了简要介绍,包括等离子体发生器。加速极 和抑制极的电源和控制系统等。弧电源采用SCR晶闸管调制器,在0.1%的工作比下,从12脉波整流电源向弧室负载传递1~5kA,20~150V,50ms宽的直流脉冲。接通和关断的时间均小于1ms。加速极电源的重要特点是取消了并联快速短路开关。为增加可靠性,使用两只FU-104Z真空四极管串联,每一只均能承受最高直流静态电压。为改善整个系统的遮断和调整的快速响应,将调整和开关两种功能分开,互不影响。电流系统由一台DBJ-Z80微型计算机控制,在强电磁场干扰下能可靠工作。
This article gives a brief introduction of the power supply system of 7 × 35cm ~ 2 multi-filament neutral source, including plasma generator. Accelerate the pole and suppress the pole of the power and control systems. The arc power supply uses an SCR thyristor modulator to deliver 1 to 5kA, 20 to 150V, and 50ms wide DC pulses from the 12-pulse rectifier to the arc chamber load at 0.1% duty cycle. Turn-on and turn-off time are less than 1ms. An important feature of the acceleration power supply is the elimination of the parallel fast short-circuit switch. For added reliability, two FU-104Z vacuum tetrodes are used in series, each one capable of withstanding the highest DC quiescent voltage. In order to improve the fast response of the whole system to interdiction and adjustment, the two functions of adjustment and switching are separated and do not affect each other. The current system is controlled by a DBJ-Z80 microcomputer and works reliably under strong electromagnetic fields.
