2016年9月,习近平总书记对交通运输工作作出重要指示,“十三五”是交通基础设施发展、服务水平提高和转型发展的黄金时期,要抓住这一时期,加快发展,不辱使命,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦发挥更大的作用。新形势下,如何强化财经纪律,有力保障交通运输行业健康持续发展,给行业主管部门提出了新的课题。作者结合近年来工作实际,分析目前存在的主要问题及其成因,并初步提出了一些治理对策。
In September 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important directive on transport work. The “13th Five-Year Plan” is a golden period for the development of transportation infrastructure, improvement of service level and transformation and development. It is necessary to seize this period and speed up development. Insulting the mission and playing a greater role in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Under the new situation, how to strengthen financial and economic discipline, effectively guarantee the healthy and sustained development of the transportation industry, and bring forth new topics to the competent departments of the industry. In combination with the actual work in recent years, the author analyzes the main problems and their causes at present, and puts forward some preliminary solutions.
