近期涉及信息行业的大事接踵而至:三大电信运营商换帅;史上最严手机实名制实行;国务院印发《三网融合推广方案》、《促进大数据发展行动纲要》;三大运营商取消京冿冀、滇中经济区漫游费;国企改革指导意见靴子落地,将清退重组部分国企;等等。这至少表明四点:(一)以“互联网+”推动国内相对落后的传统产业升级的国家战略以及信息行业改革在加速落地、实施;(二)涉及信息行业的国家规划、行动越来越多;(三)信息行业的各种利益壁垒正在被逐步打破,通信行业未来竞争将呈现监管、制约、有序的显著特
