目的研究VEGF mRAN在大鼠急性脑梗死静脉溶栓后缺血半暗带区的早期表达。方法建立大鼠自体血栓脑梗死模型,选择栓塞后不同时间点(3、6、12、24h),采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)半定量测定缺血半暗带区VEGF mRNA的表达,比较rtPA静脉溶栓组和对照组的差异。结果在各时间点,溶栓组VEGF mRNA表达的平均值均高于对照组,但只在12h时间点达到统计学差异。结论大鼠自体血栓脑梗死后静脉溶栓治疗有促进缺血侧脑组织VEGF mRNA表达的趋势。
Objective To study the early expression of VEGF mRAN in ischemic penumbra after intravenous thrombolysis in rats with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The model of autologous thrombotic cerebral infarction was established in rats. At different time points after embolization (3, 6, 12 and 24 hours), the expression of VEGF mRNA in the ischemic penumbra was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) The differences between rtPA intravenous thrombolysis group and control group were compared. Results At each time point, the average value of VEGF mRNA expression in thrombolysis group was higher than that in control group, but the difference was only found at 12h. Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis after autologous thrombotic cerebral infarction in rats may promote the expression of VEGF mRNA in ischemic brain tissue.
