目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清尿酸水平(UA)的变化及与冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法:检测186例T2DM患者的血UA、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白Alc(HbAlc)、体重指数(BMI)及血压。按性别分2组,再按是否合并CHD分4个亚组,并设正常对照组120例。结果:T2DM男性和女性血UA均增高,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。T2DM合并CHD组血UA升高,与非CHD组比较,女性有显著性差异(P<0.01),男性则无差异(P>0.05)。结论:T2DM男性和女性血UA均增高,T2DM女性血UA增高与CHD的发生有一定关系。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum uric acid (UA) and the relationship with coronary heart disease (CHD) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: The blood UA, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), HbAlc, BMI and blood pressure . Divided by 2 groups according to sex, and then according to whether the merger CHD sub-4 subgroups, and 120 cases of normal control group. Results: UA in T2DM male and female patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). Compared with non-CHD group, UA increased in T2DM with CHD group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference among men (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: UA in both men and women with T2DM is increased, while elevated UA in T2DM women is associated with the occurrence of CHD.
