2006年3月15日,安徽省长江河道采砂管理局与河海大学联合开展了《长江安徽段砂石资源优化利用和管理研究及应用》项目,2011年1月10日完成,历时近5年。项目取得的主要成果:提出了长江安徽段砂石资源代际及代内逐年优化利用模式、提出禁采区参与可采区的采砂收益分配机制、河道采砂交易招标机制模型和相应程序与方法;研究了长江采砂环境下河道堤防岸坡稳定风险分析模型并确定计算分析方法。
On March 15, 2006, the Yangtze River Channel Sand Excavation Administration of Anhui Province and Hohai University jointly launched the “Study and Application of Optimized Utilization and Management of Sand and Gravel Resources in the Yangtze River in Anhui Province”, which was completed on January 10, 2011 and lasted nearly 5 year.
