目的 研究运动对 2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白 (M Alb)、转铁蛋白 (TRF)、视黄醇结合蛋白 (RBP)、铜蓝蛋白 (Cp)的影响。方法 作次极量运动试验 ,设运动组和非运动组作交叉自身对照 ,分别测定及计算运动前、后各 1h和非运动前、后各 1h尿白蛋白 /肌酐 (Alb/Cr) ,TRF/Cr ,RBP/Cr ,CP/Cr的变化。结果 运动前、后尿Alb/Cr比较差异有显著性 (运动后较运动前排量增加 ) ,尿RBP/Cr ,CP/Cr ,TRF/Cr比较差异无显著性。非运动前后上述四项指标比较差异均无显著性。结论 尿Alb/Cr受运动影响显著 ,而CP/Cr ,TRF/Cr ,RBP/Cr受运动影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of exercise on urinary albumin (M Alb), transferrin (TRF), retinol binding protein (RBP) and ceruloplasmin (Cp) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods For submaximal exercise test, exercise group and non-exercise group as cross-self control were measured and calculated before and after exercise 1h and before and after exercise 1h urinary albumin / creatinine (Alb / Cr), TRF / Cr, RBP / Cr, CP / Cr changes. Results Before and after exercise, there were significant differences in Alb / Cr between the two groups (exercise volume increased after exercise), urine RBP / Cr, CP / Cr and TRF / Cr. Before and after non-exercise the above four indicators were no significant difference. Conclusion Urinary Alb / Cr was significantly affected by exercise, while CP / Cr, TRF / Cr and RBP / Cr were not significantly affected by exercise.
