患者,男,44岁,血压增高三年,入院前一天,自觉左侧肢体无力。次晨,四肢无力加重,左侧较右侧明显,行走、持物不稳,但意识清。无食棉子油及纳差病史。检查:意识清楚,血压22.6/12.0kPa(170/90mmHg),心肺正常,右侧肢体肌力Ⅳ级,左侧Ⅲ级,腱反射减弱,无病理反射。ECG:窦性心律,
