12月3日,吉林省与美国PTG公 司的合资合作项目——PLED平面显示 技术和产品项目在长春正式签约。这是 吉林省在光电领域有史以来最大的合资 项目。PLED项目总投资为12亿美元, 由美国PTG公司通过投资合作开发等 形式,把在该领域具有世界领先水平的 OTB、CDT、菲利浦等公司组成一个团 队,同中方的长春高新技术产业发展总 公司、省信托投资有限责任公司、一汽 集团共同出资组建合资公司,在长春高 新技术产业开发区共同投资建设。 PLED也称为高分子发光二极管, 是一种有机发光材料为高分子聚合物。
