与传统集中控制比较,虽然Profibus-DP现场总线在系统设计、降低成本、安装调试、维护及扩展方面都具有十分明显的优势,但是该总线技术仅适用于设备控制层,需要借助于工业以太网,才可以实现信息管理层、集中监控层与控制层间的信息传输、远程控制和监视。而工业以太网应用在自动化控制过程中,存在着数据传输的安全性差、实时性弱等缺点。为了实现数据在管理层、监控层及设备控制层间的直接传输,提高数据传输的安全性和实时性,在实际应用了Profinet,Profibus-DP以及Profibus-PA三种总线技术,从而建成了完善的企业管理、生产、过程监控的信息和控制网络系统,实现了控制网络与信息网络的紧密集成,运行效果较为明显。
