进口食品卫生监督检验是国境卫生检疫执法的重要组成部分,为了加强对进口食品的监督管理,严厉打击假冒伪劣的进口食品,防止有毒有害的食品进入我国市场,保证进口食品既安全卫生,又富有营养,确保广大消费者的身体健康,国家卫生检疫总局颁发了《关于进口食品统一使用激光防伪标志的通知》。根据通知精神,从1994年8月份开始,哈尔滨卫生检疫局与黑龙江省技术监督局、黑龙江省消费者监督联合会,互相配合,积极开展此项工作,并且取得了一定成效,同时也发现了一些值得注意和探讨的问题。
