目的 研究丙烯腈对机体的脂质过氧化作用。方法 给雄性大鼠皮下注射丙烯腈 ,测定染毒 38天和 77天血及睾丸组织脂质过氧化指标 ;并对睾丸、附睾进行病理学检查。结果 染毒 38天中、高剂量组大鼠血中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著升高 ,各剂量组大鼠睾丸中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)显著下降且与染毒剂量呈高度负相关 (r =-0 46 4,P <0 0 1) ;染毒 77天高剂量组大鼠血中GSH Px显著下降 ,各剂量组血中GSH显著下降且与染毒剂量呈高度负相关 (r =-0 789,P <0 0 1) ,各剂量组大鼠睾丸中GSH Px显著下降 ;病理所见曲细精管、精原细胞发生纤维变性 ,精子生成减少 ,附睾中精子数量减少。结论 丙烯腈能使大鼠睾丸组织产生氧化损伤
Objective To study the lipid peroxidation of acrylonitrile on the body. Methods Male rats were subcutaneously injected with acrylonitrile, and the lipid and lipid peroxidation indexes of blood and testis were measured at 38 days and 77 days after exposure. Pathological examination of testis and epididymis was performed. Results Serum glutathione (GSH) levels were significantly increased in high and middle dose groups during the 38 days of exposure. The glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) (R = -046 4, P <0.01). GSH Px in the blood of rats in the high-dose group for 77 days was significantly decreased, GSH in the blood of each dose group was significantly decreased and was significantly higher than that of the control (R = -0 789, P <0.01). The GSH Px in testis of rats in each dose group decreased significantly. Pathological findings showed that seminiferous tubules and spermatogonia degenerated fibrosis, sperm production, amount reduced. Conclusion Acrylonitrile can induce oxidative damage in rat testis
