From January 1995 to December 1998, 48 cases of acute myocardial infarction were admitted to our hospital. The patients were treated with Dolantin and Neiguan for blocking pain and received satisfactory results. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: The group of 36 males and 12 females; aged 39 to 50 years in 17 cases, 51 to 60 years in 31 cases. Have used morphine or pethidine intramuscular injection
