现代企业不仅为青年提供了锻炼和进步的平台,培养了一批批的青年生力军,为企业的发展和建设做出了重大的贡献。在企业中共青团组织不仅是党的事业的重要组成部分,也是企业联系群众工作的纽带。本文分析了新形势下企业团组织面临的新的挑战,就如何克服遇到的困难以及改进和提高现代企业共青团工作提出一点建议和探讨。
Modern enterprises have not only provided a platform for young people to exercise and progress, but also trained a batch of young and old forces who have made great contributions to the development and construction of enterprises. In the enterprise, the Communist Youth League organization is not only an important part of the party’s cause, but also a link between the enterprise and the masses. This article analyzes the new challenges facing the CYL in the new situation and gives some suggestions and discussions on how to overcome the difficulties encountered and how to improve and enhance the CYL in modern enterprises.
