提出了一种铲齿成形刀具乎磨干涉校验的新方法。首先推导出刀齿护背曲线方程;然后根据刀齿齿项铲磨部分占整个齿顶的比例确定刀齿齿底铲背曲线上的铲磨终止点,并求出该点的法线斜率,铲磨砂轮的中心位于该点的法线上;由下一个刀齿前刀面上被铲磨齿形最低点的坐标来出通过最低点时铲后砂轮的外径;最后得出发生铲后干涉时的最小砂轮外径D_(sgmin)。若D_(sgmin)不大于拟采用的铲磨砂轮外径D_s,则会发生铲店干涉。校验计算过程可以按优化原则自动进行。
A new method to detect the interference of tooth scraping cutter is proposed.
