生理活性肽作为治疗药物现已在临床上广为应用,但这类药物口服后在消化道的吸收率较低,且迅速从体内消除,影响疗效。若采用可发挥疗效的注射法,则需频繁给药,给患者带来许多痛苦和负担,因此如何有效地释放肽类药物便成为治疗上的重要课题。已进行过如改变给药途径、剂型及制成前体药物等各种研究。其中,将肽类直接释入机体使之持续发生作用,以增强疗效的给药系统是很有发展前途。这类释药系统(DDS)的实用化,关键是要有能在体内分解且生理适应性高的载体。
Physiologically active peptides as a therapeutic drug is now widely used in clinical practice, but these drugs after oral absorption in the digestive tract is low, and quickly eliminated from the body, affecting the curative effect.
