去年9月,党中央召开中央工作会议专门研究搞好国营大中型企业的问题,决定把这一工作放在整个经济工作中的突出位置上来抓,并提出了20条政策措施。如何把中央工作会议精神落到实处,切实有效地为搞好大中型企业服务,这是“八五”计划期间摆在财政部门面前的一项重要而紧迫的任务。为推动各地财政部门积极持续抓好这项工作,本刊开辟“搞好大中型企业”栏目,集中交流各地的作法、建议和经验。这期先刊登辽宁省财政厅长纪玉英等5位同志对搞好大中型企业的认识和打算。希望各地踊跃投稿本刊,交流情况,为搞好大中型企业献计献策。
Last September, the Central Party Central Committee held a central working conference devoted to studying the issue of doing well the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. It decided to put this task in a prominent position in the overall economic work and put forward 20 policy measures.
