目的 :了解慢性肾衰大鼠不同的生存率对肾功能等疗效分析的影响。方法 :采用 5/ 6肾切除肾衰模型 ,观察苯那普利对大鼠生存率和肾功能等的作用。结果 :模型对照组大鼠的生存率为6 4 .3% ,而苯那普利治疗组大鼠的生存率为 10 0 %。如不考虑生存率的差异而进行两组间肾功能等指标的比较 ,则两组间无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,而用分层的方法考虑生存率不同的影响后 ,则两组在肾功能、血脂、残肾病理等指标的统计上均有明显差异 ,苯那普利组优于模型对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :在慢性肾衰情况下 ,如要进行肾功能等的疗效分析 ,需剔除不同生存率的影响。
Objective: To understand the different survival rates of chronic renal failure on renal function and other effects analysis. Methods: A 5/6 nephrectomy model of renal failure was used to observe the effect of benazepril on survival rate and renal function in rats. Results: The survival rate of model control rats was 64.3%, while that of benazepril treatment group was 100%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but no difference in survival rate was found between the two groups. However, when stratified methods were used to consider the effect of different survival rates, There were significant differences between the two groups in the statistics of renal function, blood lipid and residual kidney pathology. The benazepril group was better than the model control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: In the case of chronic renal failure, the effect of different survival rates should be removed if the efficacy of renal function is to be analyzed.
