目的 :建立诃子中 3种可水解丹宁的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :色谱柱为NovaPakC18,流动相为甲醇 - 2 %冰醋酸水溶液 (2 7∶73) ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速为 1mL·min-1。结果 :3种可水解丹宁诃子酸(chebulinicacid ,Ⅰ ) ,诃黎勒酸 (chebulagicacid ,Ⅱ )和 1,3,6 -三 -O -没食子酰基葡萄糖 (1,3,6 -tri-O -galloyl- β-D - glucose ,Ⅲ )的线性范围分别为 3 32~ 16 6 0 μg ,3 48~ 17 40 μg和 2 74~ 13 70 μg ,回收率分别为 10 0 3% ,94 5 0 %和 85 0 9% ,精密度试验RSD分别为 3 2 % ,3 4%和 3 3%。结论 :该法重现性较好 ,结果可靠 ,可为诃子药材的质量评价提供有效手段。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of three hydrolysable tannins in gardenia by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was NovaPakC18, the mobile phase was methanol-2% glacial acetic acid (27:73), detection wavelength was 2 80nm, flow rate was 1mL·min-1. Results: 3 hydrolysable chebulinic acid (I), chebulagic acid (II) and 1,3,6-tri-O-galacto-glucose (1,3,6-tri-O The linear ranges of -galloyl-β-D-glucose and III were 3 32-1660 μg, 3 48- 17 40 μg, and 2 74- 13 70 μg, respectively. The recoveries were 10 0 3% and 94 5 0, respectively. % and 85 0 9%, precision test RSD were 32%, 34% and 3%, respectively. Conclusion : The method has good reproducibility and reliable results, which can provide an effective means for evaluating the quality of gardenia.
