少数民族预科建立的初衷之一是为了解决党和国家在民族地区实行干部民主改革问题上的需求问题,这一目的从根本上来讲就是为了民族团结与进步的建设。少数民族预科教授的不应该只是汉语、汉字,更有着促进民族地区发展,宣扬民族和谐,维护民族团结的重要作用,而语文课程也应该在授人以道的同时授人以德,将汉语文教育与德育相结合是少数民族预科语文课程发展的新形势。
