双流道散热器冷却技术是一种能够有效地提高内燃机车冷却能力,减少冷却装置散热器单节数量,缩短冷却装置长度,实现机车减重降低冷却风扇辅助功率消耗的新方法。冷却装置通过采用一种高、低温冷却水在同一个双流道散热器内进行冷却的新途径,来增大冷却水与冷却空气的对数温差,提高散热量。根据单、双流道散热器传热性能对比试验以及双流道散热器在ND_2、东风_9和东风_11型机车上应用的成功经验证明,内燃机车冷却装置采用这项技术具有冷却能力强、结构紧凑等突出特点。
The dual-channel radiator cooling technology is a new method that can effectively improve the cooling capacity of diesel locomotives, reduce the number of radiator single block, shorten the length of the cooling device and reduce the auxiliary power consumption of the cooling fan.
