目的探讨标本同治平衡方治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效及对其患者血脂、凝血功能、羟脯氨酸、C-反应蛋白水平及日常生活水平的影响。方法缺血性脑卒中患者134例随机分为两组,对照组68例予缺血性脑卒中规范化治疗,治疗组66例在规范化治疗基础上加用标本同治平衡方,疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率93.93%,高于对照组70.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、纤维蛋白原、羟脯氨酸、C-反应蛋白水平及生活质量(日常生活能力、日常生活质量指数)均明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于缺血性脑卒中患者,在常规治疗基础上加用标本同治平衡方治疗可收到显著效果,值得临床推广和进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Tongzhi Balance Formula on ischemic stroke and its effect on the levels of blood lipids, coagulation, hydroxyproline, C-reactive protein and daily living level. Methods 134 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 68 patients in the control group were given standardized treatment of ischemic stroke. 66 patients in the treatment group were treated with the same recipe of balanced treatment on the basis of standardized treatment, and the course of treatment was 1 month . Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.93%, which was higher than that of the control group (70.58%, P <0.05). After treatment, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, fibrinogen, hydroxyproline , C-reactive protein and quality of life (daily living ability, daily life quality index) were significantly improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with ischemic stroke, the routine treatment of Tongzhi balance with the standard treatment can receive significant results, worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
