阿克苏地区地方志办公室深入开展宣传活动,建立学习宣传长效机制,以人为本,提高素质,坚持不懈抓好队伍建设。加强人才培养和业务培训,致力建立一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的史志工作队伍。2006~2012年是阿克苏地区史志事业科学发展、硕果累累的7年,全地区地方志工作机构共出版志鉴及地情书籍64部,其中地区编纂了《阿克苏地区志》等10部志书,指导出版行业志8部;持之以恒地贯彻落实《条例》和《办法》,继续坚持“抓好队伍建设、强化基础工作、创新史志成果”的发展思路,以“质量建设年”为契机,开发利用地方志资源为阿克苏经济、社会、文化建设服务。
