21世纪是一个数字化、网络化和知识 经济的社会,信息产业将成为国力竞争的 焦点,也是国家的战略性支柱产业,直接 影响着国家在新世纪的生存和发展。以数 字化和网络化为基础的电子商务因其具有 超越时空界限、双向信息沟通、交易手段 灵活和交货方式快速等特点,将传统的贸 易形态,为经济发展提供原动力,从而成 为各国国民经济发展的一个重要的增长 点。因此,许多国家都将大力发展电子商 务作为新世纪的一项重要国策。然而,从 应用现状看,只有以美国为首的少数发达 国家的电子商务市场得以有效地开发并应 用。我国现阶段的电子商务,无论是 B2B 还是 B2C,仍处于探索过程中。笔者认为, 当前我国电子商务发展存在以下几大瓶颈
The 21st century is a society of digitization, networking and knowledge-based economy. The information industry will become the focus of national strength competition and the strategic pillar industry of the country, directly affecting the survival and development of the country in the new century. Due to its characteristics of transcending the time and space, two-way information communication, flexible means of transaction and fast delivery, e-commerce based on digitization and networking has provided the traditional form of trade with the impetus for economic development and thus become the national economic development of all countries An important point of growth. Therefore, many countries will vigorously develop e-commerce as an important national policy in the new century. However, from the application status quo, only the e-commerce market in a few developed countries headed by the United States can be effectively developed and applied. At this stage of e-commerce in China, whether B2B or B2C, is still in the process of exploration. The author believes that the current development of China’s e-commerce there are several major bottlenecks
