经典的静磁学为磁场的计算提供了物理学规律。将这种规律不变地应用到高效溅射阴极的磁场组成上就得出一个计算模型。用这个模型就可计算出极面上方空间场矢量的磁分量。长矩形阴极的测量实例证实了这一计算模型的有效性。
Classical magnetostatics provides the physics of magnetic field calculations. Applying this law to the field composition of a highly efficient sputtering cathode yields a computational model. Use this model to calculate the magnetic component of the space field vector above the pole face. An example of a long rectangular cathode confirms the validity of this computational model.
