我1992年从司法学校狱政管理专业毕业,在监狱工作了8年,后来因为家庭原因调到看守所,从一个普通狱警做到现在的看守所副所长,每年管理的犯人大概一千多人次,20年下来,应该有好几万了。监狱属于司法系统,看守所属于公安系统,但就监管工作而言,内容是一样的——就两件事,巡视和管教。我现在每周工作6天,白班夜班一天隔一天上,主要的工作就是巡视监区,以及定期与在押人员谈话,教育他们,了解他们的动态。
In 1992, I graduated from Jurisprudence Management School of Jurisprudence School and worked in prison for eight years. Later, I transferred to the detention center for family reasons. From an ordinary jail police to the current deputy detention center, I administer about one thousand prisoners a year, Twenty years down there should be tens of thousands. Prisons belong to the judicial system, while detention centers belong to the public security system. However, the content is the same in terms of supervision - on two things, inspection and discipline. Now that I work six days a week and the night shifts one day after another, my main job is to visit the district supervisors and talk with detainees on a regular basis to educate them about their developments.
