随着近年来剖宫产率的明显上升,剖宫产术中大出血成为棘手问题,如果处理不当可造成严重后果甚至危及生命,总结我院在传统治疗基础上应用胎盘剥离面大血窦缝扎止血、缩宫素胎盘剥离面局部注射、宫腔纱布填塞、子宫动脉结扎术、B-Lyuch缝扎术、腹腔胶管引流,均在很大程度上降低了子宫切除率,保证了患者的生命及生育能力,取得了一定成效。
