本文对哈林槽的几何尺寸与分散能力数值的关系进行了分析探讨,结果表明,在应用Haring-Blum公式和Luke公式时,分散能力数值不仅与远近阴极与阳极间距离之比(K)有关,而且与哈林槽的绝对长度(近阴极至阳极的距离Ln)有关;在应用Heatley-Pan公式和Fjeld公式时,分散能力的数值只与Ln有关,而与K值无关。在吡呵酸镀银和氰化物镀银液中的实验证实了上述分析。
In this paper, the relationship between the geometric dimension and the dispersion capacity of Harewell trough is analyzed and discussed. The results show that the value of dispersion ability is not only related to the distance (K) between the cathode and the anode when Haring-Blum formula and Luke formula are applied , And is related to the absolute length of the Harlem trough (distance from the cathode to the anode, Ln). When Heatley-Pan formula and Fjeld formula are used, the value of dispersion ability is only related to Ln but not to K value. Experiments in silver pyrithionate and cyanide silver plating fluids confirmed the above analysis.
